DIMENSI KEBEBASAN DALAM AL-QUR’AN: Kajian Tafsir Maqāṣidī terhadap Nilai-Nilai Politik

This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, and uses deductive analysis, namely explaining the political value of freedom in the Qur'an in Surah Yūnus verse 99 by combining verses that are relevant to the research and looking for correlations between verses, in order to obtain a complete and comprehensive paradigm. Then analyzed using the Maqāṣidī interpretation approach. The conclusion is that among the political values in the Qur'an that must be a reference for policy makers in national and state life is the value of freedom. When this freedom is implemented in public policy, it will have implications for the upholding of the maqashid of the Qur'an and the maqashid of sharia, namely; ḥifẓ al-dīn, ḥifẓ al-nafs, ḥifẓ al-'aql and ḥifẓ al-māl.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode jenis deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif, dan mempergunakan analisis deduktif yaitu memaparkan nilai politik kebebasan dalam Al-Qur’an pada Surah Yūnus ayat 99 dengan cara mengkombinasikan ayat-ayat yang relevan dengan penelitian serta mencari korelasi antar ayat, guna mendapatkan paradigma yang utuh dan komprehensip. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tafsir Maqāṣidī. Adapun konklusinya, bahwa di antara nilai-nilai politik dalam Al-Qur’an yang harus menjadi acuan para pemegang kebijakan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara yaitu nilai kebebasan. Ketika kebebasan ini diimplementasikan dalam kebijakan publik akan berimplikasi tegaknya maqashid Al-Qur’an dan maqashid syariah yaitu; ḥifẓ al-dīn, ḥifẓ al-nafs, ḥifẓ al-’aql dan ḥifẓ al-māl.
