Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Adopsi Inovasi Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi adopsi inovasi nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Pekanbaru  menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui platform digital google form yang diolah dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. Adopsi Inovasi dilihat dari beberapa aspek atribut dari inovasi seperti compatibility, complexity, relative advantage dan dua aspek lainnya diluar atribut karanteristik inovasi yaitu awareness dan religiosity. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan sampel sebanyak 400 orang dengan Teknik cluster random sampling.

Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) awareness (2) compatibility (3) complexity, (4) relative advantage, dan (5) religiosity nasabah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi inovasi nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Pekanbaru. Secara simultan aspek tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah yaitu sebesar 54,6% Sehingga dapat simpulkan bahwa secara persial dan simultan seluruh variabel yang diteliti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi inovasi nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Pekanbaru.References
