PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA AL-MUSYARROFAH

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Agama Islam di SMP Al-Musyarrofah. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dalam  pengumpulan data, dan triangulasi untuk keabsahan data. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SMP Al-Musyarrofah  dilakukan berbagai macam kegiatan sebagai upaya meningkatkan  kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, seperti: 1) Melaksanakan pelatihan-pelatihan; 2) Melakukan rapat evaluasi; dan 3) Pembinaan internal oleh sekolah.
