FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN SEDEKAH PADA YAYASAN SEDEKAH NGIDER INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan sedekah pada Yayasan Sedekah Ngider Indonesia Di Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui platform digital google form yang diolah dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. Efektivitas dapat diukur dari beberapa indikator seperti pencapaian tujuan, adaptasi, integrasi dan satu indikator lainnya diluar indikator pengukuran efektivitas yaitu kepemimpinan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan sampel sebanyak 400 orang dengan Teknik cluster random sampling.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan, pencapaian tujuan dan adaptasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan sedekah, sedangkan variabel integrasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan sedekah. Adapun variabel yang paling mendominasi dalam efektivitas pengelolaan sedekah ialah variabel kepemimpinan. Secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan, pencapaian tujuan, integrasi dan adaptasi mampu mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan sedekah pada Yayasan Sedekah Ngider Indonesia di Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur sebesar 54,1%, sedangkan sisanya 45,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
