Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap lebih jauh manajemen kelas pembelajaran sains di Sekolah Dasar islam Terpadu Sabilul Huda Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif studi kasus yang bersifat lapangan dan deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian berupa observasi mendalam, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi. Untuk menjaga keabsahan data kualitatif, maka digunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan melalui reduksi data, display data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu pra lapangan, pekerjaan lapangan, analisis data, dan pelaporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran Sains di SDIT Sabilul Huda telah terlaksana dengan baik, walaupun masih harus ada sejumlah hal yang belum maksimal, yakni dalam pengaturan sarana prasarana yang meliputi pengaturan ruang kelas, pengaturan tempat duduk, pengaturan cahaya, pengaturan ventilasi udara, dan pengaturan penyimpanan barang-barang siswa.
