HADIS RAKIBNA AL-IBIL (STUDI TAKHRĪJ DAN MA’ĀNIL ḤADĪṠ)

Abstract
Patriarchyal culture and religion are components which construct legal opinions (fatwa) that subordinate women. One of regulations that made by CRLO forbids woman to ride their vehicles by themselves. They are considered as weak and ammoral creatures, eventhough hadith of rakibna al-ibil shows that woman have been riding camel freely since Rasulullah period. This observation applicates qualitative method. The data, which are found, are analyzed with hadits ṣaḥīḥand Khaled hermeneutic’s theories. Hadits of rakibna al-ibil has qualified sanad and matan, and it is interpretated as an effort to build gender equality between man and woman in every side of life, specially in riding vehicles.

Abstrak
Budaya patrirarki dan agama adalah dua komponen yang saling terkait untuk mengkonstruksi aturan-aturan (fatwa) yang mensubordinasi perempuan. Salah satu fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh CRLO melarang perempuan untuk mengendarai kendaraan, karena mereka dianggap makhluk yang lemah dan tidak bermoral. Padahal, hadis rakibna al-ibilmerekam kebebasan  perempuan untuk mengendarai unta pada zaman Rasulullah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang ditemukan, dianalisis menggunakan teori hadis ṣaḥīḥdan hermeneutik Khaled.Hadis rakibna al-ibil memiliki kualitas ṣaḥīḥ dan dimaknai sebagai upaya untuk menyetarakan kedudukan perempuan dan laki-laki di berbagai sektor kehidupan, khususnya dalam mengendarai kendaraan.
