IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN (KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT) DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI 1 BREBES

Abstract
Qualified teachers must carry out their functions in teaching. Government efforts to improve the quality and performance of teachers have been carried out in the form of a certification program by implementing the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) that has continued to date. However, improvement in the quality of teacher knowledge still needs to be improved, paying attention to these problems requires efforts to improve teacher performance through breakthrough thinking or non-traditional approaches. Knowledge Management (MP) provides an alternative to improving the quality of teachers by increasing their knowledge through cycles or stages of MP. This study discusses the Knowledge Management Cycle (Discovering, Capturing, Sharing and Application), the obstacles encountered and the solution to the application of knowledge management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah, the State of Resilience, Brebes. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with a single case study design, the research location is in MTs Negeri 1 Brebes. Data collection is carried out by holding (1) in-depth interviews, (2) Focus Group interviewing, (3) Observation, (4) Study of documents. Information extracted was related to MP, Framework, MP Dimensions, MP Strategy and School Culture. The findings obtained include: (1) MP is an effective learning process for teachers through the activities of acquiring, storing, sharing and utilizing knowledge in explicit form by utilizing technology and cultural environment to build school knowledge or memory. (2) the MP cycle is made simpler tailored to the conditions of the school which includes the stages of acquiring, storing, sharing and utilizing knowledge, (3) Supporting aspects.

Guru berkualitas dalam menjalankan fungsi utamanya melakukan pembelajaran merupakan factor penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan. Upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja guru telah dilaksanakan dalam bentuk program sertifikasi dengan cara melaksanakan Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru(PPG) yang berlangsung sampai sekarang ini. Namun peningkatan mutu keilmuan guru masih perlu ada peningkatan, memperhatikan masalah tersebut perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pemikiran terobosan atau pendekatan non-tradisional. Manajemen Pengetahuan (MP) memberikan alternative peningkatan kualitas guru dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka melalui siklus atau tahapan MP. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Siklus Manajemen Pengetahuan (Discovering, Capturing, Sharing dan Aplicating), kendala atau kelemahan yang dihadapi dan solusi penerapan Manajemen pengetahuan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Ketanggungan Brebes. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus tunggal, lokasi penelitian berada di Manajemen pengetahuan di Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri 1 Brebes. pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan (1) wawancara mendalam, (2) Focus Group interviewing, (3) Observasi, (4) Studi dokumen. Informasi yang digali yaiti tentang MP, Kerangka kerja, Dimensi MP, Strategi MP dan Budaya Sekolah. Temuan yang diperoleh sebagai hasil penelitian ini meliputi (1) MP merupakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif bagi para guru melalui kegiatan memperoleh, menyimpan, berbagi dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan baik dalam bentuk laten atau eksplisit dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan lingkungan budaya untuk membangun pengetahuan atau memori sekolah. (2) siklus MP dibuat lebih sederhana disesuaikan dengan kondisi sekolah yang meliputi tahapan memperoleh, menyimpan, berbagi dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan, (3) Aspek pendukung.
