Abstract

Peran komunikasi dalam sebuah organisasi sangatlah penting. Proses pertukaran informasi, gagasan, dan pengalaman sangat menentukan efektivitas kegiatan sebuah organisasi. Komunikasi yang terjadi menentukan budaya komunikasi yang dapat menggambarkan proses komunikasi dalam sebuah organisasi, Persepsi interpersonal dalam proses komunikasi organisasi dapat menunjang efektivitas komunikasi organisasi.

Kata Kunci: komunikasi organisasi, budaya komunikasi, persepsi interpersonal
