Islamic Expressive Writing Therapy: Intervensi Penurunan Dampak Luka Innerchild pada Pelaku Toxic Relationship

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari Islamic Expressive Writing Therapy dalam menurunkan dampak luka innerchild pada pelaku toxic relationship. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian mixed method, di mana menggabungkan penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen non randomized one group pretest and posttest design. Pada penelitian ini tidak ada kelompok control sebagai pembanding. Terapi ini hanya diberikan kepada klien salah satu klinik psikologi di Cirebon yang menjadi pelaku toxic relationship yang telah melewati proses awal asesmen serta memiliki luka innerchild yang ditandai asesmen awal melalui wawancara dan dengan skor skala luka innerchild yang sedang hingga tinggi. Partisipan diminta untuk mengisi skala, skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur innerchild adalah skala yang disusun oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan aspek innerchild dari Putri dkk (2022) serta telah diuji coba pada mahasiswa, di mana skala tersebut memiliki reliabilitas sebesar r = 0.881 yang berarti memiliki reliabilitas yang tinggi. Hasil analisis uji beda menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (p) = 0.014 (p< 0.05). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya Islamic Spiritual Expressive Writing Therapy. Serta terdapat perubahan secara kualitatif di mana terdapat perubahan cara pandang yang lebih positif, optimisme, dan perilaku yang lebih terkontrol.
