Abstract

Pendidikan keluarga merupakan aspek krusial dalam perkembangan holistik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi bimbingan dan konseling dalam kerangka pedagogis dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi pendidikan dalam konteks keluarga. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tinjauan literatur, wawancara serta survei kepada 20 keluarga di wilayah Sisingamaraja, Kota Cirebon (masing- masing keluarga terdiri dari 1 orang ibu, dan anak remaja) untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dalam keterlibatan orang tua dan implementasi strategi bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ini memfasilitasi pengembangan kompetensi sosial-emosi setiap anggota keluarga, meningkatkan kinerja akademik, dan mendukung pembentukan pengidentitasan diri yang positif. Keterlibatan orang tua sebagai bagian integral dari proses pendidikan ditemukan menghasilkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan task commitment anak. Hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan untuk pembentukan program-program bimbingan keluarga yang berbasis sekolah dan komunitas serta pengembangan kurikulum pedagogik yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan individu dan keluarga. Implikasi untuk kebijakan pendidikan dan praktik pengajaran, serta batasan studi dan arah penelitian masa depan juga dibahas.
