Pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan dan Minat Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Pendamping Muda

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan dan minat terhadap kompetensi guru pendamping muda yang telah melaksanakan uji kompetensi di Lembaga Sertifikasi Kompetensi (LSK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto. Responden penelitian adalah guru pendamping muda di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi guru pendamping muda, (2) minat berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi guru pendamping muda, (3) terdapat interaksi latar belakang pendidikan dan minat kompetensi guru muda asisten, (4) Latar belakang pendidikan dan minat tinggi berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi guru pendamping muda, (5) Latar belakang pendidikan dan minat rendah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi guru pendamping muda.Downloads
