Lumbung Mataraman Gulurejo has the potential to be developed as an agriculture- and education-based tourism destination. This tourism concept integrates food production, food consumption, the natural environment, and social interaction as part of a tourism experience that supports the well-being of both managers and tourists. Observations indicate that the management of Lumbung Mataraman Gulurejo currently lacks digital promotional tools capable of reaching all segments of tourists, and that the harvest times for longan and grapes are unpredictable. Objectives of the community service project: (i) Strengthening human resources to increase grape and longan production in an effort to enhance marketing and green tourism at Lumbung Mataraman Gulurejo, Kulon Progo, DIY; (ii) To design an application using Augmented Reality (AR) technology capable of showcasing green tourism potential to enhance tourist services by providing real-time information on conditions at Lumbung Mataraman Gulurejo, Kulon Progo, DIY. The community service methodology included the following stages: socialization, implementation of AR technology and cultivation practices, mentoring, and ensuring the sustainability of the activities. The results of this community service project indicate that Lumbung Mataraman Gulurejo does not yet have a digital platform for promotional purposes; therefore, an AR-based application was developed as a means of transforming promotional efforts for managers, tourists, and potential visitors. Furthermore, the cultivation patterns for longan and grapes tend to be unpredictable and season-dependent, making it possible to implement alternative cultivation techniques such as off-season flowering and pruning. On the other hand, the need to develop marketing systems and innovations in longan and grape processing is a strategic effort to attract tourists and potential tourists to visit. Recommendations from the community service project include the need for a sustainability strategy to increase longan and grape production capacity, as well as the structured use of AR-based applications as a promotional tool for Lumbung Mataraman. Regarding marketing systems and innovation, it is essential to stay abreast of current trends to effectively reach consumers from all walks of life.
