PERILAKU ORGANISASI: SUATU TINJAUAN PERSPEKTIF SEJARAH

ABSTRAK
Selama 40 sampai 50 tahun terakhir, tindakan perusahaan telah berubah dan perusahaan harus mengubah perilaku mereka untuk bertahan hidup dan berhasil dalam perubahan lingkungan yang hiper-kompetitif dan mengglobal. Oleh karena itu, teori-teori juga harus berevolusi untuk menjelaskan perilaku baru. Evolusi teori perilaku organisasi di ilhami dari pemikiran manajemen, aliran klasik dan aliran manajemen modern, yang pada akhirnya melahirkan konsep-konsep baru di bidang teori organisasi.
