Plagiarism Policy
Authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, these must be appropriately cited or quoted. Authors are required to submit a plagiarism-free statement when submitting a scientific article.
An author should not, in general, publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript concurrently to more than one journal constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable. Orasi: Jurnal Dakwah dan Komunikasi actively checks for plagiarism using Turnitin software.
The editors will conduct a plagiarism check using Turnitin for all submitted manuscripts before sending them to reviewers. The journal does not process manuscripts containing plagiarized content. If a manuscript has a similarity index of more than 20%, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision of the plagiarized sections. If a manuscript has a similarity index of more than 50% based on the plagiarism checking results, the manuscript will be rejected.
The editors are not responsible for the content of the written materials submitted by authors. All manuscripts undergo plagiarism and grammar checking using Turnitin and other grammar-checking tools before publication.
