Abstract

Graphic Organizers merupakan bahasa nonteks yang berfungsi sebagai alat yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Visualisasi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk memudahkan siswa dan guru dalam proses belajar dan pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan memudahkan siswa dalam memahami suatu konsep tertentu. Guru dapat menyampaikan materi secara efektif dan efisien karena penyampaiannya dibantu dengan alat visualisasi berupa graphic organizers. Pembelajaran biologi yang menggunakan graphic organizers memberikan kemudahan bagi guru dalam menjelaskan dan memahamkan materi-materi biologi yang abstrak dan kompleks. Siswa akan mendapatkan kemudahan dalam memahami materi yang kompleks karena penjelasan materi dibantu dengan visualisasi yang memudahkan siswa dalam mengingat dan memahami materi tersebut. Graphic organizers merupakan suatu alat bantu dalam belajar dan pembelajaran yang sangat efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Graphic organizers, belajar, pembelajaran biologi
