Analisis Evaluatif Pelaksanaan Layanan Pemberian Gizi Di PAUD Holistik Integratif Kota Cirebon

ABSTRACT
Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Education (PAUD HI) is a government initiative aimed at fulfilling children's essential needs in a comprehensive manner, encompassing education, caregiving, protection, health, and nutrition. The nutritional aspect is a crucial component in supporting optimal growth and development in early childhood. However, the implementation of nutrition service delivery in the field, particularly in Cirebon City, still faces various challenges, such as limited funding and inadequate facilities, resulting in suboptimal performance. This study aims to conduct an evaluative analysis of the implementation of nutrition service delivery within the Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Education program in three early childhood education institutions in Cirebon City, namely RA Nurul Ulum (RA NU), TK Al Hasan (TK AH), and TKIT Nusantara Lab School (TKIT NLS). This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the principals of each institution. The findings indicate that, in terms of context, all three institutions demonstrate an understanding of the PAUD HI concept. In terms of input, the availability of supporting facilities for nutrition services and cross-sectoral support remains limited. In terms of process, activities such as healthy eating habits, weight monitoring, and nutrition education have been implemented, although not yet consistently. In terms of product, the fulfilment of children's nutritional needs shows improvement; however, it still requires stronger support from both schools and parents. In conclusion, the implementation of nutrition service delivery within the PAUD HI program in Cirebon City has been carried out but is not yet optimal and requires more comprehensive support, particularly in terms of resources and cross-sector collaboration.

ABSTRAK
Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI) merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan esensial anak secara menyeluruh yang mencakup aspek pendidikan, pengasuhan, perlindungan, kesehatan, dan gizi. Aspek gizi menjadi komponen krusial dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang optimal anak usia dini. Namun, implementasi layanan pemberian gizi di lapangan, khususnya di Kota Cirebon, masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan pendanaan dan sarana prasarana, sehingga pelaksanaannya belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara evaluatif pelaksanaan layanan pemberian gizi dalam program PAUD Holistik Integratif di tiga lembaga PAUD di Kota Cirebon, yaitu RA Nurul Ulum, TK Al Hasan, dan TKIT Nusantara Lab School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada kepala sekolah di masing-masing lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek context, ketiga lembaga telah memiliki pemahaman terhadap konsep PAUD HI. Pada aspek input, ketersediaan sarana pendukung layanan gizi dan dukungan lintas sektor masih terbatas. Pada aspek process, kegiatan pembiasaan makan sehat, penimbangan berat badan, serta edukasi gizi telah dilaksanakan, namun belum berjalan secara konsisten. Pada aspek product, pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi anak menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, meskipun masih memerlukan penguatan peran sekolah dan orang tua. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan layanan pemberian gizi dalam program PAUD HI di Kota Cirebon telah berjalan, namun belum optimal dan memerlukan dukungan yang lebih komprehensif, terutama dalam aspek sumber daya dan kolaborasi lintas sektor.
