Penerapan Disiplin Positif di Sekolah Dasar dalam Upaya Pencegahan Tiga Dosa Besar Pendidikan: Studi Pengabdian di SDN Silih Asuh 2 Kota Cirebon

Kasus tiga dosa besar pendidikan yang mencakup kekerasan seksual, perundungan, dan intoleransi terus meningkat di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Cirebon. Permendikbud No. 46 Tahun 2023 hadir sebagai landasan hukum untuk membangun disiplin positif yang menekankan pada penghargaan terhadap peserta didik serta pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah. Namun, implementasi disiplin positif di tingkat sekolah dasar masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SDN Silih Asuh 2 Kota Cirebon dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru, membentuk ekosistem pendukung, serta mendorong keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan guru, sosialisasi kepada siswa dan orang tua, pembentukan Tim Disiplin Positif, serta penyusunan dokumen pendukung dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru lebih dari 80%, terbentuknya tim dan dokumen pendukung disiplin positif, serta meningkatnya partisipasi orang tua dalam mendukung budaya sekolah yang sehat. Program ini berkontribusi pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka serta mendukung pencapaian SDGs khususnya pendidikan berkualitas dan pengurangan kesenjangan. Kesimpulannya, disiplin positif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mencegah tiga dosa besar pendidikan sekaligus menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila.
