Mahkamah: Jurnal Kajian Hukum Islam publishes scholarly works related to Islamic law and its development, including research articles, conceptual ideas, literature reviews, and book reviews. The journal provides an academic platform for discussing original studies and current issues within the broad field of Islamic law. The scope of the journal includes:
