Al-Mustashfa: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is an academic journal that publishes original and recent studies on Sharia economic law through normative, empirical, and comparative approaches, particularly concerning its application in various modern economic sectors in Indonesia and other countries. The journal’s scope includes Sharia law in economic activities and trade, the halal industry, regulation of Islamic finance such as Islamic banking, the Islamic capital market, and Islamic fintech, analysis of contracts (ʿaqd) from the perspectives of fiqh al-muʿāmalāt and positive law, business ethics and Sharia governance, Islamic economic thought and methodologies of ijtihād, as well as judiciary and dispute resolution in Sharia economic matters. The journal is published by the Department of Sharia Economic Law, Faculty of Sharia, UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Starting in 2026, the journal has been managed through a new OJS platform available at https://journal1.uinssc.ac.id/index.php/al-mustashfa/, replacing the previous OJS platform at https://www.syekhnurjati.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/al-mustashfa/. The journal also encourages multidisciplinary approaches—covering law, economics, finance, and policy studies—while maintaining Sharia economic law as the primary analytical framework.
