Al-Mustashfa: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, Indonesia, through the Faculty of Sharia.

The journal is committed to providing immediate, free, and unrestricted access to scholarly research in Islamic economic law, Islamic finance, Islamic jurisprudence, and related legal disciplines.

All published articles are freely available to readers without subscription fees, registration requirements, or payment barriers.

1. Open Access Principles

Al-Mustashfa applies the following open-access principles:

  • Immediate Availability: Articles become publicly accessible upon online publication without an embargo period.
