All articles published in Al-Mustashfa: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum Ekonomi Syariah are open access and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated.

This license permits unrestricted sharing, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation of published articles, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original authors and publication source.
