Publication Schedule

1. Publication Frequency

Al-Mustashfa: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is published twice a year (biannually), with two regular issues released in June and December.

The journal maintains a consistent publication schedule to ensure the timely dissemination of scholarly research in Islamic economic law, Islamic finance, Islamic jurisprudence, and related disciplines.

2. Continuous Publication Within Each Issue

Al-Mustashfa: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum Ekonomi Syariah adopts a continuous publication approach within each scheduled issue. Under this system, accepted articles are published progressively as they complete the peer-review, revision, copyediting, proofreading, and production processes.

Articles do not need to wait until all manuscripts assigned to the same issue are finalized. Each article may be published individually within the designated issue as soon as it is ready for publication.

This approach facilitates faster dissemination of research findings while maintaining the journal's established publication frequency of June and December.

3. Manuscript Submission and Publication Process

The journal accepts manuscript submissions throughout the year through its Online Journal System (OJS).

All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening, peer review, revision, and final editorial evaluation in accordance with the journal's publication policies.

Accepted manuscripts are assigned to the appropriate issue based on editorial readiness and publication arrangements. The publication date of each article reflects its actual online publication date.

4. Publication Transparency and Editorial Standards

The journal is committed to maintaining transparency, consistency, and academic integrity throughout the publication process.

Each published article is provided with appropriate bibliographic information, including its volume, issue, publication date, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI), where applicable.

The continuous publication process does not compromise editorial independence, peer-review standards, or publication ethics. All manuscripts must successfully complete the required editorial procedures before publication.
