Initial screening: The editorial team will check the suitability of the manuscript with the journal’s focus and scope, author guidelines, formatting requirements, and similarity level.

Review process: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. The editorial team may return the manuscript to the authors for revision based on reviewers’ comments and editorial considerations.

Revision: Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified time. Late revision submissions may result in delay or rejection.

Final decision: The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection is made by the editor based on reviewers’ recommendations and the manuscript’s suitability for publication.

Publication Timeline

Accepted articles are published biannually in June and December. The order of publication is determined by the editorial team by considering the acceptance date, thematic relevance, and editorial policy.

Ethical Considerations

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.
  • All authors must have made substantial contributions to the manuscript and approved the final version before submission.
  • Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate submission, or unethical authorship practice is not acceptable.
  • Submitted manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin or other similarity-checking software.
  • The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, excluding references, quotations, and commonly used methodological terms where appropriate.
