2009 EduMa was initially published in print by the Department of Mathematics Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.
2012 EduMa was officially registered in LIPI with P-ISSN 2086-3918.
2016 EduMa started online publication under the title EduMa: Mathematics Education Learning and Teaching with E-ISSN 2502-5309, beginning from Volume 5 No. 1 (January–June 2016), and adopted Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 2.4.4.1.
2018 Based on Decree Number 21/E/KPT/2018, EduMa was accredited at SINTA 4 by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, effective from July 2016 until December 2020.
2019 EduMa improved its journal template starting from Volume 8 No. 2 and began publishing all manuscripts fully in English as part of the journal internationalization process.
2020 The journal template was further updated starting from Volume 9 No. 1 to improve publication quality and consistency.
2020 Based on Decree Number 200/M/KPT/2020, EduMa achieved SINTA 3 accreditation by the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), effective from July 2020 until December 2024.
2025 Based on the Decree of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025, EduMa maintained its accreditation status at SINTA 3 until 2028.
2025 EduMa migrated its official journal website from https://syekhnurjati.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/eduma to the new platform at https://journal1.uinssc.ac.id/index.php/eduma/index to enhance journal management and publication services.
