INKLUSIF does not charge a manuscript submission or peer review fee. Authors are not required to pay any fee to submit their manuscript or for it to undergo peer review.
Publication Charge
From Volume 9 onwards, a publication charge applies to accepted articles:

The publication charge covers article processing and DOI maintenance. After acceptance, authors will be asked to submit a statement of originality and complete the publication payment.

Pay the publication fee via the journal's official payment channels.
Editorial Independence
Payment does not guarantee acceptance, influence the selection of reviewers, or replace peer review. Manuscripts are assessed under the same scholarly and ethical standards regardless of whether a publication fee applies.
Any changes to fees will be announced on the journal website. Authors should contact the editorial office if they need clarification about a payment request or fee exemption.
