Focus and Scope

INKLUSIF: Jurnal Pengkajian Penelitian Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum is an academic journal published by the Islamic Family Law Study Programme, Postgraduate Programme, Universitas Islam Negeri Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The journal provides a forum for advancing Islamic law and legal studies through original, well-argued research that engages with developments in society.

Aims

 

INKLUSIF aims to strengthen dialogue between legal thought, institutional practice, and the needs of society. Published articles are expected to contribute to legal scholarship, the resolution of legal problems, or the development of public policy.

The journal welcomes normative or doctrinal, empirical, socio-legal, comparative, historical, and interdisciplinary research. Articles may address Indonesia or other jurisdictions, provided that they fall within the journal's scope.

Islamic family law, including marriage, divorce, child custody, inheritance, and the protection of family members.

Islamic law, fiqh, usul al-fiqh, and maqāṣid al-sharī'ah.

Religious courts, dispute resolution, and access to justice.

Civil law, criminal law, and economic and business law.

Constitutional law, administrative law, and public policy.

Customary law, legal pluralism, and the sociology of law.

Manuscript Requirements

 

Manuscripts must present a clear research problem, an appropriate method, adequate analysis, and a contribution to Islamic law or legal studies. Opinion pieces without supporting sources and scholarly analysis fall outside the journal's scope.
