Digital Archiving Policy
INKLUSIF is committed to maintaining continued access to its articles and publication information. Published articles form part of the journal's scholarly record and must be managed so that they remain discoverable, readable, and citable.
Preservation Network
INKLUSIF: Jurnal Pengkajian Penelitian Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum has electronic backup and preservation of access to the content of its journals via the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN).
Management Responsibilities
Storing article files, metadata, and publication documents in the journal management system.
Arranging regular backups of the database and files in cooperation with the institution's information technology unit.
Keeping backup copies in a location separate from the primary storage.
Checking and restoring data in the event of technical disruption, damage, or loss.
Maintaining access to published issues during system upgrades or migration.
Author Self-Archiving
Authors may deposit and share the published version of their articles in institutional or other scholarly repositories, provided that they include the publication details, a link to the article, its DOI where available, and the applicable licence.
Published issues are accessible through the Archives menu. Information about external preservation services will be provided once participation and implementation of archiving have been verified.
