Ownership and Management
INKLUSIF: Jurnal Pengkajian Penelitian Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum is an institutional journal of Universitas Islam Negeri Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, Indonesia. The Islamic Family Law Study Programme within the university's Postgraduate Programme publishes and manages it.
Institutional Setting
The university provides the institutional setting for the journal. The publishing unit — the Islamic Family Law Study Programme of the Postgraduate Programme — is responsible for administrative support, publication continuity, and the management of journal resources.
Editorial Structure
Editor-in-Chief
Oversees editorial policy, the assessment of manuscripts, and publication decisions.
Editorial Team
Manages submissions, reviewer assignments, revisions, copyediting, and production according to assigned responsibilities.
Technical and Administrative Staff
Supports the operation of the online journal system and communications.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly quality, relevance, research integrity, and peer review. Institutional relationships, funding, and publication payments must not override these considerations.
Editors with a conflict of interest must withdraw from handling the manuscript concerned. The current names, roles, and affiliations of editorial team members are provided on the Editorial Team page.
