Digital Archiving and Preservation

Jurnal Studi Hadis Nusantara (JSHN) is committed to maintaining the long-term accessibility, integrity, and availability of its published scholarly content.

The journal maintains electronic records and digital backups of published articles and related publication data through its electronic journal management system.

1. Digital Preservation

Published articles are maintained through the journal's official Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to support continued access to the scholarly record.

The journal takes reasonable measures to protect published content from accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, or technical disruption.

2. Journal Migration and Continuity

JSHN previously operated through its former OJS platform and has migrated its journal website and publication activities to the current OJS platform:

The former OJS website is maintained as a historical publication archive where applicable. The current OJS platform serves as the primary platform for new submissions, editorial workflows, and current and future publications.

3. Preservation of Published Articles

The journal seeks to ensure that published articles remain accessible through their official article pages and persistent publication identifiers, including DOI links where applicable.

Changes to the journal's website or electronic publishing system will be managed with the aim of maintaining access to previously published scholarly content.

4. Author Repository and Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit and share their published articles through institutional repositories, academic repositories, personal academic websites, or other appropriate scholarly platforms, subject to the journal's Copyright Notice and License Statement.

Authors are encouraged to retain the complete citation and DOI or permanent URL of the official JSHN publication when depositing or sharing their work.

5. Access to Archived Content

The journal aims to maintain public access to its published articles and preserve the integrity of the published scholarly record.

In the event of technical disruption, website migration, or changes to the journal's electronic platform, reasonable measures will be taken to restore access to published content.
