Authors who publish in Jurnal Studi Hadis Nusantara (JSHN) agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright of their work and grant Jurnal Studi Hadis Nusantara the right of first publication.

  2. Published articles are simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits others to share and distribute the published work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the initial publication in Jurnal Studi Hadis Nusantara is acknowledged.

  3. Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work, such as depositing the article in an institutional repository or republishing it in a book, provided that the original publication in Jurnal Studi Hadis Nusantara is properly acknowledged.
