All articles published in Jurnal Studi Hadis Nusantara (JSHN) are open access and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated.

This license permits users to share, distribute, reproduce, and adapt published articles, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original authors and the publication source.

1. License Terms

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users are free to:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the article in any medium or format.

  • Adapt: Remix, transform, translate, and build upon the published work.

  • Reuse: Use the work for educational, research, commercial, and other lawful purposes.

2. Attribution Requirements

Authors retain copyright of their published work and grant Jurnal Studi Hadis Nusantara (JSHN) the right of first publication, as described in the journal's Copyright Notice.

4. Third-Party Materials
